the stunted corn starts tasseling at 2ft

This year was a bust for the corn and tomatoes.  The corn only got 2 feet tall and the tomatoes were eaten to the nub by the Jack Rabbits.  No veggies this year. BOO!

Carson City coin show with my bud Crispy

Crispy and I went to the Carson City Nevada coin show at the old mint building.  I've been looking for a new collection since I can hardly find any China currency any more.  I know, I know there is always EBAY.  I like to look and touch with my hands before I buy.  I found a new hobby from a vendor that is in South Shore Tahoe.  He had a large selection of Trade Tokens and I think that this maybe something I would like to look into this.

Scraps DoG Bakery has a booth at Reno PRIDE this year

Maribel, Jordan, Krissy, Maddy and myself all helped create 200+ Scraps Dog Bakery gift baskets for the 2011 Reno PRIDE event. All 200+ bags were given away and we could of used 300 more.
The house filled up while making the gift bags.
We had a great location on the west park of Wingfield Park in Reno

my morning walk takes me along this path

Wingfield Springs has a lot of walking paths and finding
them and navigating them is a great way to get out
and get some fresh air.

a little Mirror Pond hits the spot.

Sitting in the shade of the plumb tree is very cool as long as you have a cool beer to go along with it.
