The blower on the Toyota Tundra is failing.

The blower on the Toyota Tundra had reduced flow to almost nothing. I followed a video on YouTube and solved the problem. For some reason the cabin filter decentagrated into the blower. It seemed like there is more filter pieces than could from the logging portion of the filter. ???
