Solar Eclipse tonight

The solar eclipse was almost a bust as the clouds moved in but in a few minutes they opened up and we had a great view of the dimming sum. The sun didn't get as dark as I thought people had said it would but a definite eeriness was in the darkened sky. Very cool.

I made a Solar Eclipse viewing box after finding out that there were no viewing glasses to be found.

We have been waiting for a long time to get a sign on the store and remove the banner that has been there since we moved.  I know, I know that Comic Sans is on the hate list but used appropriately is good.  In our instance , very nice

Rick and I went to the Reno Aces game on IGT tonight, those extra hours are paying off.  Aces lost but the game was fun.

Yesterday a chocolate colored Doberman puppy came in to my wife's store Scraps Dog Bakery in Sparks Nevada and he looks like he has some smarts and is also best behaved puppy I've seen in quite some time.
