Brewing a Guinness clone at Dean's

Today was brewing day at Dean's. Sean brought his new brewing kettle (converted keg) and Conical Fermenter to brew a Guinness clone. Go over to Sparks Nevada Home Brew's blog to see the daily images from this session. I hope we get a good brew from this. I tasted the malt extract first and it was sweet and malty and I then tasted the cooked wort and it was sweetly bad. Time for the yeast to do their job and convert those sugars to alcohol.
